Halloween Delight Witch

Pilsner tall glass
1” flat brush
8 flat brush
10/0 liner brush
1/4 stipple brush
Black Yarn – 3 12” pieces
5” Twigs
Green or Orange Fun Fur Yarn
Twine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make sure glasses are clean and lint free, refer to picture and pattern for placement.
Using the 1” brush, paint the inside of the glass & top of glass base with Black and let dry completely before turning over. It is better to put 2 – 3 thin coats, letting dry completely between coats.
Face
Mix a small amount of Tangerine with Latte adding a touch of White to make a flesh color. Looking at pattern for placement, paint face using the #8 flat brush, let dry.
Apply pattern for eyes, nose, mouth & brows.
Float shading with Burnt Sienna around face.
Nose
Using the 10/0 liner brush, apply comma stroke for nose with Black.
Eyes
Paint eyes, lashes and brows with Black using the 10/0 liner, let dry.
Add dot of Limeade to the top right side for a highlight in each eye.
Cheeks
Using the ¼” stipple brush; stipple the cheeks with Fire Red.
Mouth
Using the 10/0 liner brush, line mouth with Black. Add tooth with White.
Finishing
Arms: Take 3 pieces of black yarn and tie together at one end. Braid them and tie together at end. Make a loop in the middle to insert the twig broom. Glue arms to back of glass.
Broom: Wrap twine around 3 fingers 8 times and tie loosely at the top. Slide twig into top section, finish tying tight and cut the bottom twine.
Hair: Fun Fur Yarn, wrap the yarn 7 times around 3 fingers and tie together. Make 4 or 5 of these and glue onto glass.
